Wed, 5 December 2007 Welcome back to the York River Academy of Technology's Techno Tip of the Day. In this podcast, Seth will tell you how to find and replace a word in a Microsoft Word document. Once you are viewing the MS Word document, all you have to do is hold the control key and the F key and then click on the replace tab. Then fill in the "Find:" space with the word you want to replace. Then fill in the "Replace:" space with the word that you want to go in the space of the word you want to replace. Then click "Replace". Now you have changed the word throughout the whole MS Word document. Thanks for listening to another YRA Techno Tip of the Day.Comments[0] |
