Tue, 15 January 2008 In this Techno Tip from the York River Academy of Technology, Seth tells us how to set a print area in Microsoft Excel Document. First you highlight the area you want to print. Then go to the Menu Bar and select File. Then go to Print Area and then to Set Print Area. A dotted line will appear around the area you want to print.
