First you highlight the area you want to print. Then go to the Menu Bar and select File. Then go to Print Area and then to Set Print Area. A dotted line will appear around the area you want to print. When you print the document it will print only the area you selected. Once you are viewing the MS Word document, all you have to do is hold the control key and the F key and then click on the replace tab. Then fill in the &quot;Find:&quot; space with the word you want to replace. Then fill in the &quot;Replace:&quot; space with the word that you want to go in the space of the word you want to replace.
